Holiday Food Program of the Kiwanis Clubs of Division 34
Kiwanians respond throughout the year to the needs of the community and every year during the cold months of the holidays, we come together in a concerted effort to help provide food where needed. Some years we focus on supermarkets, giving the opportunity for shoppers to give canned food, turkeys and cash. We have worked also with wholesale food supplier to extended their pricing at cost.

Through the joint efforts of Los Altos Kiwanis volunteers and the 15 K-Kids at Safeway in Blossom Valley, they brought in about 124 of the bags sold at that store. Mountain View Kiwanis Club brought in the most number of bags, 232, at Safeway on Shoreline Boulevard.
Much appreciation goes out to all our volunteers who stood outside on a cold drizzly day to make this happen.
